Dashboard Guide

The Dashboard will be replacing the Molchanovs Community site in the near future. Like the Community site, you will be able to access educational and Base Training materials on the Dashboard. To access the Dashboard, log in to your profile page at https://molchanovs.knack.com/dashboard#home/

Accessing Your Profile & New Features

Once you have logged in to the Dashboard, you should see your profile. If not, click the 'Home' tab on the top left of the screen.

The profile page is where you can access all your Base Training and Educational materials, as well as track your progress and see the badges you have earned from your instructors. 

On the top right, click 'Freediver' to check your info 

'Your Profile' shows a summary of history with Molchanovs, as well as any personal bests you have logged.

'Certification Cards' is where you can view and download your certification cards.

Base Training

To access Base Training of the week, click the 'START WOW' link and choose a discipline. As always, this is updated weekly. At the end of the Workout, you can rate how much you enjoyed it and how difficult it was, as well as write notes for yourself to review in the future. You can view your history in Workout Logs.

New Base Training Features

Coaches: Add or remove Base Training Coaches. You can assign any Molchanovs Instructor as your Coach. They can change your Base Training Level, review your training logs and add Coach notes.

Log PB: Enter a new Personal Best! A record will be created and can be seen in Your Profile or History

Log Benchmark: Record when you have completed one of our Benchmarks. When attempting a Benchmark, ensure you have adequate safety.

Base Level: This allows you to lower you Base Training level. In order to raise your Base Level, you will need to ask one of your assigned Coaches.

Workout Logs: A history of your workout ratings and notes.

History: A summary of your History, Personal Best, Badge, and Base Level.

Course Materials

Your Molchanovs Freediving Course Materials can be found under Courses. Click on the link under the 'Materials' column to access your course materials such as Exams and reading materials.
