The most direct way to join the Molchanovs Community is to take a Wave or Lap course with one of our instructors. Passing the course will equip you with the skills and knowledge to make the most out of the weekly Base Training programs.
You can also be invited to join the Molchanovs Base Training Community through a Molchanovs Instructor. The instructor will assess your skills and will recommend a Base level suitable for you.
